Dry Pollen

The most complete food that a flower can give. Dry pollen is fresh pollen that has been left to dry in the open air so that it can be stored later for a longer time under certain conditions.

It must be kept in a cool and dry place, always tightly closed, unlike honey it has a reduced preferred consumption date.

Vitamin supplement and protein source: Bee pollen contains almost all the nutrients necessary for people such as protein, fiber, sugars, minerals, vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 D, E, C

Recommended dosage:

Children from 3 to 18 years old: 16g daily (one teaspoon).
Adults over 18 years: 32g daily (a tablespoon).
