Eucaliptus camaldulensis, E. globulus. A tree native to Australia. Eucalyptus belongs to the myrtle family. It can reach 60 meters in height, it has a light brown and gray outer bark that comes off over time, it has elongated light green leaves and it contains essential oil with a very characteristic aroma. Eucalyptus honey is the product of the hard work of bees who tirelessly extract the nectar from the different types of flowers every day to later transform it into honey through a natural process.
In this case, this is a very unusual flower and very geographically marked throughout Spain, we can find it in the north, classic in areas such as Galicia, Asturias or Cantabria, where it blooms in autumn, or in the south of the peninsula, where it blooms in summer, it is classic in Huelva.
This raw honey is especially recommended to combat hoarseness.
